Don’t
blend in.

One sweatband. Fluorescent green. Worn by people who refuse to look like everyone else on the court.

DROP 001 hasn’t launched yet. The list decides who gets it first — and a share of every band goes to putting a racket in the hand of a kid who’d never otherwise hold one.

First 100 on the list get DROP 001 a full day before anyone else. No spam — one email when it drops.

15–0 · The name

In tennis,
zero is called love.

Forty–love is the scoreline where one player has everything and the other has nothing. We took the nothing and made it the whole point.

Swap the zero for a heart and the score reads differently. Not forty to nil. Forty, and love. Play hard, play loud, play like you actually want to be out there.

That’s the deal with the band. Put it on and you’re playing with love — for the game, for whoever’s the other side of the net, for the fact you get to play at all.

You 40
Everyone else

Umpires have called zero “love” for over a century — most likely from l'œuf, the French for egg, after the shape of a nought. It’s the only sport that scores you in love. Seemed a waste not to use it.

Drop 001.
The sweatband.

We could have started with ten products. We started with one, and we’re getting it right before we make anything else.

  • Colour Fluorescent green. One colourway. It is not a neutral and it was never meant to be.
  • Fit Comfort stretch. Stays put through a third set.
  • Job Absorbs sweat, stays dry, doesn’t sag when it’s soaked.
  • Mark 40–♥ embroidered, not printed. It survives the washing machine.
  • Box Designed to be opened on camera. You’ll see why.
  • Drops When the sample is right and not a week before. The list hears first.

Numbered DROP 001 because there will be a 002. This is a starting line, not a product.

40–0 · Advantage: someone else

Playing with love
shouldn’t stop
at the fence.

Tennis is expensive in a way most sports aren’t. Court fees, coaching, a racket that isn’t falling apart, someone to drive you there. Plenty of kids who’d be brilliant at it never find out.

A share of every band goes to changing that — funding court time, coaching and kit for young players who can’t pay for it themselves.

We’re finalising which UK organisation we back, and the list will meet them before anyone else does. When we announce it, we’ll publish exactly what goes where.

Every band Funds part of a session for a young player who couldn’t otherwise book one.

First 100

Get DROP 001 twenty‑four hours before it opens to everyone else. When it’s gone, it’s gone — we’re making a small first run on purpose.

Built in public

The list sees the samples, the mistakes and the price before the internet does.

No noise

Two emails between now and launch. We’d rather you stayed.

Changeover · The feed

Watch us build it.

Most brands show you the finished thing. We’re filming the bit before that — the first sample that came back wrong, the packaging test, the day the boxes turn up.

The build

Samples, factories, packaging tests, the things that go wrong. Nobody else shows this.

The court

Challenges, rallies, reactions. The band on real wrists in real matches.

The point

Where the money goes, and the players it puts on court.

Questions

Before you ask.

What exactly is DROP 001?

A fluorescent green tennis sweatband with the 40–♥ mark embroidered on it. One product, one colour, one number.

When does it drop?

When the sample is right, not before. Everyone on the list gets told first, and the first 100 get a day’s head start.

What does it cost?

We’re finalising it. The list sees the price before it goes public — and before you’re asked to pay anything.

Where do you ship?

UK to begin with. Tell us where you play when you join and we’ll work out the rest — the list decides where we go next.

Which charity do you support?

We’re choosing between UK organisations that get kids into tennis who couldn’t otherwise afford it. We’ll announce the partner and the exact split before we sell anything.

Is it really just a sweatband?

Today, yes. It’s also the first thing we’ve made, and the reason for the list. What comes after depends on how many of you are on it.
